What The App Does

Eyes Up Here is a guided self-improvement app focused on respectful eye contact, attention, and listening during short video-based conversational challenges.

  • It uses the front camera for face tracking and gaze estimation during training sessions.
  • It stores local progress such as attempts, passes, fails, and chapter completion.
  • It offers a one-time in-app purchase called Lifetime Unlock to unlock all current and future chapters.

Privacy Policy

Eyes Up Here uses the front-facing camera on your device to estimate face position and gaze direction during training sessions. This camera data is used only to provide in-app training feedback.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the camera feed for advertising.

The app may store local usage and progress information on your device, including chapter attempts, pass and fail counts, and related training results, so your progress can be shown inside the app.

If you choose to make a purchase, payment processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment details.

TrueDepth and Face Data

Eyes Up Here uses Apple's TrueDepth camera and AR face tracking only to estimate face position, head angle, eye-gaze direction, and whether the user is looking downward during a training session.

The app does not store the camera feed, depth map, face mesh, or any biometric face template. Face-tracking values are processed on device in real time only to drive the session's eye-contact feedback.

Sharing and Storage

TrueDepth and face-tracking information is not shared with third parties and is not uploaded to any server. This information is processed locally on the device and discarded after use.

The app stores only local training progress on the device, such as chapter attempts, pass and fail counts, and related session results. This progress data does not include the camera feed, depth data, face geometry, or a face identifier.

Retention

Face-tracking and TrueDepth data is retained only for the live training session and is not persisted by the developer after the session ends. The developer does not maintain any remote database of face data for this app.
